Release Notes - 02 April 2019

Bug Fixes:

  • Canned Responses: The attachment in a canned response wouldn’t reflect when added to a ticket. This is now fixed.

  • Change Lifecycle: When changes were made to a lifecycle and published, the changes were not reflected when the user clicked the “View Published Lifecycle” option. This is now fixed.

  • Tickets: When users tried to update the requester field in a ticket, the department field got automatically updated to the first department associated with the requester. This is now fixed.
