We want to use Zapier with Freshservice in order to send and receive tickets and its updates to another ticket system of one of our partners that use "DeskPro"
We have made some tests, but the functions are very limited. Just opening in the two directions is supported. All other ticket handling is not supported. See also our ticket #3211070
This integration is now based on the API 1.0. What I want is more functionality so that we at least can send and receive ticket updates, status updates and ticket close messages to the other ticket system. Deskpro supports these update messages.
Are there plans to update this integration based on the new API 2.0?
Is there another alternative for Zapier?
This would be very handy.
Creating an export to another system is very limited if you can't send an update or receive an update from the other system
Our partner uses Accelo and i'd very much like to be able to assign a ticket to them (assign a group, add a tag or however we need to flag it) and have a ticket created in their system. Then, if i add a further note, that should be able to be updated in their system and if they add a note or close their ticket, it should be able to come back to ours.
