Bug Fixes:

  • Assets: When assigning an asset to a user, the search in the Used By field only worked on the first name of the user. This has been fixed.


New Apps:

  • Jamf - Jamf app in Freshservice lets organizations on the Apple ecosystem sync their macOS, iOS and tvOS devices managed by Jamf Pro into Freshservice asset management. This allows organizations to manage the lifecycle of all their devices in Freshservice, including devices fetched from Jamf. This provides agents the information they need to perform their service desk operations efficiently.

  • Trello - The Trello app will help your IT service team deliver exceptional support for issues within your company. It connects Trello and Freshservice, enabling your IT department's teams to collaborate and organize their workflow aligned with tickets.
