I send automative emails to my department ona a weekly basis showing KPIs such as SLA, tickets closed, tickets logged and queue sizes.
However the email sent out is an attachment, it would be great to send the pdf within the email so people dont have to download the PDF..
This will also allow me to start doing daily reports - showing who has tickets due today for example...
Agree with this. Constantly being asked for data within the email.
