I would like to see the category list filtered based on agent group selected. This would make selecting the category/sub-category a lot easier for the support technicians.
I would expect the mechanism for category filtering would reside in the agent group editing page.
If someone wants to see all the categories, they would clear the agent group field. Also, if the agent group has no categories filters set, they'd see all of them when that agent group is selected.
