I'd like to request the following be added as Automator actions to help with ticket workflow:
- Send email to Reporting Manager
- Send email to (open field for manual email entry)
If this is already possible let me know.
Would be great to also have a Forward option.
So rather than building out the email template with all the ticket fields, be able to forward the ticket details to the relevant email address.
Manual email entry would be wonderfull!!!
I really want this option! The Send email to: could be limited to entries in the requester.
My Use case is to notify other departments/groups of changes that were approved, and then when they are implemented.
