Although set as a required field, if a Requester does not have any Companies/Departments set on their account, they are still able to submit a Ticket through the Customer Portal.
We would like to be able to catch these tickets and perform a workflow on them, however, when adding a Condition with "Ticket Fields :: Company Name is ", text is required. There is no way to state if that field is blank/empty/not set. (See attached screenshot.)
We would like to have the ability to set a condition of "is blank/empty/not set" on any field where "enter text" is an option and the field can be blank/empty/not set.
