  • You can now edit the 'User Name' field while setting up custom mailbox for Incoming mail settings. 

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue in the New Ticket and Ticket Details page where the agent drop down was not sorted correctly when a group is selected

  • Fixed an issue where audit logs did not load when language is set to French

  • Fixed an issue where searching values under ticket dropdown (in dynamic sections) did not work as expected
