I see there's an "Event Performing Agent" option in the Workflow automation when dealing with tickets, but there's no equivalent for changes. You have to pick a specific agent from the available list.
What we need to do is to have it assign to the agent performing the action. For instance, if an agent closes out a change request, automatically make them the agent for the change. Or, if someone creates a change request, somehow be able to automatically assign them as the agent as well as the requester.
