  • Analytics in Freshservice:
    Introducing a new way to generate intuitive reports for your service desk. With analytics you can now, 

    • Generate customized reports for all modules
    • Pin widgets to a report to monitor service desk performance
    • Explore data with rich and interactive visualizations, and
    • Schedule reports and share them with specific agents or team

  • Freshservice Mobile App (iOS) - Change Management: 

Change Managers who need to roll up their sleeves to make business critical changes can now monitor and minimise risk by controlling the Change Lifecycle right from a mobile device. An agent can now view, edit, create and close Changes right from a mobile phone.

Bug Fixes:

  • Fixed an issue in announcements where announcement emails were not sent even if the option to send announcement by email is selected
