We've added a few custom checkboxes to Tickets, for example "Requires onsite access".
The Ticket filter allows filtering by custom fields - except checkbox-type fields.
In order to filter by this value, we're considering changing the field to a drop-down, but using it is less convenient, and we'll lose all previous data we recorded in the checkboxes.
Please add functionality to allow checkbox fields to be filter criteria.
This would be a great feature. Has this been explored since this was posted?
