I am trying to find a way to add a CC for a customer when we update our status. There is a way to add a CC in Dispatch'r but not in any other automation.
Currently, add CC option is only supported in Dispatch'r. Can you help us understand the Usecase why you would like to add "CC" upon changing the Ticket status?
Not sure, if this would help, if you like to pass on the info about the Ticket to the third person upon Status change you can make use of Observer and send an email with the Ticket comments and a Public ticket URL through which the third person can view the Ticket too.
