With the latest Release of our Freshservice Android App we have a introduced a new 'Ticket Dashboard Widget' that will allow admins/agents to stay on top of their helpdesk's inflow, even without opening the app.
For Customers who are looking for a reduce the clutter around notifications and not open the app to see the overall health of the helpdesk, we have simplified it by allowing them to download the widget that refreshes every 10min and gives a quick glimpse into the inflow activity of tickets. Thereby helping agents track and monitor even when they are away or underway.
How to Enable the dashboard
- Longpress on the phone Homescreen
- Select 'Widgets' from the bottom option list
- Scroll to the section F, you will find the Freshservice Widget listed there
- Simply drag and drop the Widget where ever you like, that's all
As enhancement, we will be introducing the count for Pending Approvals, Open Changes and open Task's count soon.
