Bomgar Integration - Disable Automatic Ticket Creation

I would like to see an option added to disable automatic ticket creation when a Bomgar session is started without an existing ticket. 

Currently we have a Dispatch'r rule set up to automatically delete these tickets, but having the option to disable the automatic creation of tickets would be a much cleaner, more simple way of managing this.
