Something Zendesk did really well that my agents really really miss :(
Let's get a bump on this idea. We would like the ability to view multiple tickets in a single browser "Tab" as it makes it easier to switch back and forth. Example from our previous system:

In our previous ITSM tool we found it useful that we could have open multiple tickets in 'tabs' within a single view. It was useful for flipping backward and forwards between tickets without haviung to open mutiple browsers. Is this something that could be a feature improvement anytiome soon in Freshservice?
