API v2.0 Improvements


Aware that its currently in beta still but will the API v2.0 be getting the 'Filter Tickets' functionality soon thats available for FreshDesk?


Theres some nice improvements in v2.0 but as you can't use custom views to pre-filter tickets as you could in v1.0 I'll have to pull vast amounts of data to get what I need.
