Is there any way to show how many tickets are available, in real time, to an outside source? Or an inside source to that matter. I just want something that can sit up in the top of the screen, where I can see if a new ticket has come in, since I am regularly working in other boxes and sometimes dont remember to go back and check at regular intervals.
You can enable desktop notifications so that you'll be alerted of a new ticket even if you're on another tab. You can check the notifications tab anytime when you switch back to Freshdesk so that you can easily navigate to the different assigned tickets/new tickets. This would be the easiest option that you can opt for to be alerted of any ticket(s).
You can also make use of the Filter tickets API to fetch the tickets based on the agent ID and render it on a different application or interface.
