Text formatting when adding an note by using scenarios

When setting up scenario`s and adding an note or other text to an ticket there is no option to format the text.

it would be very nice to have the formatting feature added to the scenarios (and every other option to add notes or text to tickets) in order to give some lines of text more attention than others.
