Arcade Quest Supporting 1 Assignment Tickets

I would like to create a quest or trophy where our an agent can be recognized with the most single-assigned, closed tickets; meaning, if they assigned a ticket to themselves from their team queue and solved it without having to reassign the ticket. This is an efficiency metric for our team to understand the limitation of knowledge or the need for delegation. Please let me know if you require more information.
