TeamViewer App for Freshservice

With the TeamViewer App for Freshservice, agents can provide remote assistance to requesters by initiating a TeamViewer session directly from the Ticket Details page. This app will be available on the Freshservice Marketplace.

TeamViewer app is now available on the Freshservice marketplace. You can install the app in your Freshservice instance by navigating to Admin -> Apps -> Get More Apps.
