We've expanded the scope for Access Control Limitations

The new enhancement under Access Control Limitation will allow you to set individual scope for every module while creating a custom role. This is applicable for the following modules, 

  • Tickets
  • Problems
  • Change
  • Release
The set scope will be visible when you're allocating the custom role to a new or an already existing agent.
