It will be great if we could have differents views :
- Gantt view (for tasks and projects portfolio)
- Kanban board view
- Calendar view
I just spent a couple hours and was able to setup everything we needed for basic kanban with the zapier integrations between freshservice and kanbanize.com (what we use). It also supports Trello.
This might force us to change some of our kanban boards around but that's not a terrible thing.
In the future it would be really nice to have a single pain of glass for visualizing ticketing and project work.
Unfortunately the Freshservice + Zapier + Trello integration is rubbish as it can't pull in many key fields (service type, approval state, status, etc).
I really think Freshworks needs to incorporate a Kanban board view. Once you create your search, a button should be available on the right to switch to a board view. On the next page, you select what field should be used for the columns (e.g. assigned to, stage, approval status, due date, etc). You should be able to customise the order of the columns so that you can show that in a specific order if required.
Just realised that the original ticket was requesting for the view on Projects, however I would like to see it on the ticket / service request view.
