It would be great to have Communities for our customers like on Freshdesk. Are there any plans to expand the Forum/Community to Freshservice?
This is a great idea. We are a small support team, so we don´t have time to answer (or document) all how-to questions. There are a number of super users and Office365-ambassadors in the organization that could contribute to, and solve, a lot of user questions.
It would be valuable if users could ask the super users as well as search our FAQ/instructions in the same platform.
