Hi, I'm trying to edit the items within the "Stage" field (shown in the screenshot).
Can you please point me in the right direction to get this field changed?
We Apologise for the delayed response. Currently the Stage Field options are predefined and is not Customisable. We have passed on your requirement to our Product Team to see if they have plan to include it in future. Thanks for taking time to point out your requirement.

I'd like to add a new Stage status ("ordered") to keep the IT Team posted on the status of the equipment request.

Regarding the Service Request "Stage" we just had a conversation with the Product Management team and they would like to get on a quick call may be like 10 minutes to understand the use case end to end based on your availability, Is that fine with you?
We would also like to have this feature, when we have to order item for an service request or when replenishing IT stock.
We too would like to customise the stages (E.g. Quote obtained, Purchase order raised, approved etc)
Has any progress been made on this?

This request seems like it went nowhere in the last two years. As a customer on the MSP package we would love to be able to change that for our customers.
