Exclude agents from Emailnotification

Some agents like to be notified of a change on a ticket where he/she is assigned to. However, some others don't want this.

This can be done be re-creating the Email notification in Observer Rules, but that is harder to manage. Therefore, I would suggest the following Feature



The option to exclude agents per Email notification
