Currently all Agents are forced to work with the Timeformat as shown in the image below:
However, here in Europe, we use a different Timeformat than for example in the USA. Therefore, I would think it to be a good change if the Time format corresponds to the country of that Agent. I'm also ok with it being a global setting (so it's the same for everyone). it's just really awkward for Europeans to use AM and PM. This also is an issue for companies considering the software cause the is a pretty common requirement.
This image is an example of a field in an asset but it's more used for Problems and Changes (Tickets).
Can I get a reaction to this ticket? This is a really important for European customers.
