Task View

Can we get a view to see all tasks in the same plane as tickets?  When a ticket is generated with unassigned tasks people dont know they are unassigned unless the ticket is open.  I would like to see a TASK view.

This is the most frustrating issue we have come across with Fresh Service.  We would like a single pane where you can see all tasks and tickets assigned to you or your groups.  The new Dashboard sort of has this capability, but not exactly.  You would still need to click into multiple different views to get all the necessary information.

We are proposing that they just revamp the task view and maybe add counts to the Task Icon in the top right bar.   Would you go like our latest request?
