Browser push notifications

It would be nice to have browser push notifications. Just like Gmail when using Chrome, new emails show up as a notification.

I couldn't agree with this more!

Would be very nice to have a notification in the browser if a ticket gets assigned to you or your group. it could replace a lot of emails sent to the agents (who will have a rule in their inbox deleting the emails or marking them as read automatically).

Great job on this! A couple of things...


1. Show the alerts in the ticket header even when the page is scrolled down to allow for full visibility (see attached)

2.  It would be great to be able to clear or delete individual alerts

Could we get this enabled on our account please - we have been waiting for desktop notifications for a long time and would love to get testing before Christmas. Happy to provide feedback where necessary.
