We are reviewing multiple help-desk products at present, and like Freshservice. However one of the main features it's missing for us is Dynamics CRM (in the cloud) integration.
Some of your competitors integration with CRM, so is this something you are working on or would consider?

From ServiceDesk standpoint, I would like to understand the value delivered by integrating Freshservice with Dynamics CRM. Basically, I need to know what is the workflow and the level of integration you expect from us. I will take it up internally before any further commitment.
