Custom Prioritization in Tickets View

As the lists of tickets can get long and the labels for priority are somewhat meaningless in the scheme of things, I have started creating additional to-do lists to order my tickets in their priority. 

A feature I feel would be useful to prevent added steps could be a drag-and-drop ordering of the tickets outside of the pre-defined sorting. That way, I could work down the list and not need to search through multiple tickets of the same priority or of similar title, or need to set priorities via the dropdown on each ticket, which is time consuming and not ultimately helpful.
