Currently, any custom fields created on a service item are only accessible for extraction from freshservice via API. I would like to see a method of extracting in a different method, such as generating a .csv or .xml file.
This would be particularly useful for analytics, as it would more easily empower fresh service admins to look for trends in how service catalog forms are utilized by end users.
definatly needed as we need to extract information for reports for Service Requests and currently cannot do this
