Here are some of the significant feature enhancements and bug fixes that were shipped on 25 November 2016.

2. Shortcut to attach photos to tickets(Android)
With the new camera icon on the ticket creation page, users can now attach photos from the phone's native camera app or select an existing image from the gallery. The newly captured/selected image will then be attached to the ticket.
3. Push Notification 2.0(iOS and Android)
As part of the latest enhancement, push notifications have been enabled for ‘Approvals’, tickets and service requests for requesters. Agents and requesters can also manage and control the type of notifications they need.
When will the iOS app update be available ? The App Store shows the app was last updated on July 28th.
The iOS update is now available. You can try and update the app. Depending upon your geography it might take a while to reflect but be rest assured you should be able to see the updated version within 24hrs (if not visible already)
