I set up a Google form that logs walk-in traffic to our office and emails the HelpDesk to create a ticket for them. The form captures email address; it would be great if there were a SimonSays command that I could use to set the requestor. Currently all the tickets are in my name until we manually fix each one. It's mildly annoying.
Would be very useful. Something like this:
@Simonsays "requester" : "email@example.com" @Simonsays
Is this correct? Currently no way of using email commands to change the requester name?
I don't understand why this is not implemented. Most helpdesks have lots of walkups.
