Emails sent to FreshService with address in BCC - rules don't trigger

If someone put the configured FreshService email address in the BCC field only a ticket is created but none of the Dispatch'r rules work that have conditions of mail from that address.

Is there a way to make to: "email address" work when the address is in the BCC field?
