With the new QuickBooks integration, you can enable agents to track time spent on ticket(s) and log time-sheet entries in Quickbooks, so that they can invoice customers for the time spent.
a. Show up-to-date information about clients, employees, services from Quickbooks while logging time in Freshservice.
b. Sync timesheet entries with the billable rate to Quickbooks, for invoice creation.
The QuickBooks integration is available for Blossom, Garden and Estate plans.
