We have several mifi (cellular hotspots) that we issue to employees then they are returned to IT and reissued to others. We need to be able to either generate a ticket after a specified about of time the unit is in the field or generate an email to that effect.
Currently we have a custom field in the CI called Return Date, which we populate with an expected return date of the unit. I would ideally like to automatically send an email to the user who we issued the CI to and create a ticket.
Is this remotely possible?
