Need some consistency with the use of 'pending' and 'on hold'.

Tickets set to 'pending' are called 'on hold' on the dashboard. Can we pick one so their is consistency between the dashboard and ticket staruses?

 This is confusing ;-)  It would be easier to have one or the other in both places.
