View logged in agents

 We sometimes work from home and it would be quite helpful to have the ability to see the status of your agents. Something like the Lync Presence features showing green for logged in and active, yellow for logged in and away and greyed out for not logged in.

This feature is needed. There is limited ability to determine who is signed in taking tickets and for how long.
