July 4th

1. Requester view page revamp- Associated Tickets and CIs are now easier to view.

2. Quick navigation buttons for announcements (on the Dashboard).

3. Google Contacts integration for MSPs.

July 11th

1. Freshservice Discovery Agent is now available for Linux machines.

2. You've had the option to choose whether a specific requester "can see all tickets" from their department ('Edit' the requester to enable this). Now you can even include the status of this setting while exporting requesters to a CSV file.

3. In case a Service Request is rejected, the requester can now edit the request depending on the reason it was rejected- they can change the quantity and even cancel the original request to add another item.

4. While defining a new role, you can completely disable the agents' rights to edit notes. So far, you could just choose whether they can edit just their own notes or everyone's notes.

July 18th

1. Heirarchical approval option for Service Requests and Change Requests.

2. Service Cost and Service Category are now available as 'Conditions' in Ticker Dispatch'r and Observer.
