It would be very helpful to have the ability to create Forms ( service catalog items ) that email specific groups depending on the request.
Active Directory password reset form: Emails IT group.
CRM password reset: Emails CRM support Group.
I attempted to configure the dispatcher to forward the request to the group based on rules, but they dont seem to apply to Service Catalog items.
As per your example, After creating a Service item "Active Directory password reset form",you can create a dispatcher rule as per the below picture. Let us know if this solves your requirement.
