I really like the new feature to have child tickets attached to parent tickets. However, it would be even more helpful if I had the option to close all of the child tickets from the parent ticket.
I'm glad that you like the Parent-Child tickets feature. We are planning to introduce several controls like changing a status in one of the child tickets reflects in the parent and vice versa, adding a note in the parent ticket adds a note in the child ticket and several others. There is no solid ETA for this but you can expect this to be rolled out in the coming months.

@Albert Alvarez: the link you posted has no correlation with the topic started here. the point here is to close the child tickets at parent level. no to connect child tickets like you normally would.
