Report for CHANGES


I have the Estate Plan.

How come I do have a report on the CHANGES.

My reports are only about tickets.

How come I do NOT have a report on the CHANGES.

Hi Eric

Reporting for Problem/Change/Release can be exported in CSV/XLS for now, from their respective modules.

We are working on UI based Reports for these modules and will be launched by June-July. We hope to bring them earlier.

Hey Eric, We have released the custom reports for Change module and this is available now. You can request for the same by submitting a ticket to support@freshservice.com and we will have the same enabled.
