Our contacts (synchronized with Active Directory Users) reside in over 30 companies and each company has it's own vision on job title. These are far from standardized. As a result, the current Group filters cannot be used.
We are in need of filtering by Active Directory Groups. All our Users are classified in multiple groups and it would help a lot if we could limit service requests based on these Active Directory groups.

Would it be acceptable for you to add a custom field within FreshService (e.g. "Business Name") and import that information from a field in AD? If so I may be able to help..
I agree with this, being able import security groups so that we can manage access/groups from active directory rather than Fresh Service would be extremely useful.
Has this moved at all? It's really important for us because I need to look at my service catalog items being delivered to the right customer.
