Additional Zapier triggers

I think the integration with Zapier is great. However, I notice that the only triggers available for FreshService are "New User", "New Ticket", "Update User", and "Update Ticket". Can this be extended to problems and solutions? For example, we would like a Tweet to go out when a new problem is created with certain criteria (such as a system outage scenario). Thanks!

This would be extremely helpful in my organization as well, specifically the ability to add tasks to an existing ticket.
