Disable mail notification when the requester is also an agent

Once in a while we have a problem with one of our servers, or an issue that has to do with multiple users - In those cases the person that opens the support ticket will be someone in the IT team, which also acts as an agent in Freshservice. 

This results in multiple mail notifications being sent to said agent, both about the opening of the ticket and for every comment sent. 

An option to disable certain mail notification when the requester is also an agent will be great :)
