Since we have all of our information about requesters coming from our AD, it would be great to have the department move over as well. Or have a way to create a rule to automatically add requesters to departments.
If the requester is associated to a Department in the AD, we import the requester, the associated Department and we make the association in Freshservice as well.
The above said can be done using the User Import feature in our Freshservice Discovery Probe. Sorry for not being clear about the Discovery Probe earlier.
