It would be nice to set estimated delivery time in the service catalog to days instead of just hours. For example, if there is a request for a new computer purchase, it could be 5-10 days before it is shipped and we have time to set it up
Could it also be made optional to use these dates to drive the due date for the request.

The estimated delivery time in days instead of just hours would be very valuable for us too. We have same issue with several Service Request items.
