Service Request Due Dates

When setting up items in the service catalogue can the time we are able to enter as the estimated delivery be the driver for the requests due date? as currently the due date is driven by the priority and there is no way of setting up the individual elements of the service catalogue against it's own set of SLA's

Now you can define SLAs based on Service Items/Categories.  


Any update on this one peeps?
