I am tasked with checking tickets and making certain they have been properly "typed" as incidents or service requests. I can bulk change almost every other aspect of the ticket, but not type.
I came here to make the same request. Apparently they had this feature but removed it due to "global standards" which makes absolutely no sense to me. It's a field just like all the other system default fields. Not having this field limits our ability to use Bulk Actions by about 50% given that about half our tickets are Service Requests and need to be changed from the default type of Incident.
PLEASE make this change!
