In the next app update, a major missing piece needs to be fixed: when an item is submitted via the service catalog, any custom form information isn't displayed anywhere in the mobile app.
I haven't the slightest idea what information the requester might have specified. For example, we have software installation as a service item and the requested specifies in the form which software they need.
I'm forced to go through my phone browser if I want to see any more details. Silly.
